Please contact me if you would like to purchase a knife that is listed as for sale on the site. Any knife you order will be despatched when payment has cleared.

Commissions

As a knife is a highly personal tool and I would always encourage a customer to consider commissioning a knife specific to their own needs and ergonomics. I can work from your drawings and ideas. After all this will be your knife. However I may suggest adjustments if I feel some are necessary. Alternatively, if you have seen a knife that appeals to you on my site, I can take the fundamental design and change aspects such as handle material, overall dimensions, etc. I am always happy to discuss possible commissions and give quotations so please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.

I do not require a deposit for most commissions just a written order including your home address and telephone number (unless the knife is to be personalised in some way). When your order is complete I will email you a picture of the knife for your approval. Payment in full is required at this time and orders will only be dispatched when the funds have cleared. The quoted price will be fixed and I will keep you well informed on the progress of your order.

Payment

I accept payment by cheque (Payable to "Woodhouse Joinery Ltd."), Paypal and cash in person.

Discounts

I offer a 10% discount to serving military personnel and professional guides. I will require some basic information to prove you qualify for this discount. Please contact me for details.

Postage

All knives will be sent Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is an insured next day service. Please contact me with your address for postage and packaging costs.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within seven days of receipt to discuss returns. I will only refund the purchase costs and the knife and sheath must be in the condition they left my workshop in.

If at any time during the life of the knife it should become damaged or need refurbishment please contact me to discuss the remedial work required. I am always happy to see my customers with their knives and to ensure the knife is performing as it should.
